Fashion Events & Experiences Intern – Geneva Office

You will be the support of the Events & Experiences Junior Project Manager in the Fashion Swiss Markets Region (Switzerland, Latin America & India), to orchestrate extraordinary experiences for different segments of clients, to continually surprise and delight our clients and reinforce Chanel’s authority as a luxury leader. 

ROLE DETAILS
Contract Type: Full Time
Dates: July 1, 2025 – January 9, 2026
Duration: 6 Months
Days: Monday – Friday

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support communications with Global team & Local markets team 
  • Support targeting & analysis around impact of events & experiences before and after
  • Supporting markets in facilities organization and all event’s details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material etc. 
  • Document post-event feedback consolidation to understand areas of success and improvement 
  • Competitive monitoring consolidation (reporting, insights sharing) 
  • Coordination of the logistics for each Experience with strong attention to detail and reactivity. Including but not limited to invitation management, gifting preparations, and booking management. 
  • Post-experience feedbacks consolidation to understand our impact and maximize improvements

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Student from a Business School or University (Master level), you have a first successful experience in the Luxury sector or in Events. 
  • You have a strong interest in fashion & luxury sector. 
  • Your responsiveness and reliability combined with your sense of detail and strong organizational skills will be essential assets to carry out your missions. 
  • You speak English fluently.

Intellectual Property Intern – Geneva Office

The IP Intern will handle clearance, protection and enforcement of international trademark, design and domain name portfolio in diverse range of jurisdictions including Japan, Taiwan, Thailand, Russia (and other former CIS countries) Turkey, Poland, Scandinavia, India and Latin America. 

ROLE DETAILS

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle short and longer term projects in coordination with attorneys and/or paralegals, including those relating to global IP portfolio enhancement (auditing existing rights, supplementing and broadening protection).
  • Handle enforcement cases, including conducting preliminary on-line research, under attorney supervision.
  • Collate and organize documentary evidence required for legal actions/well known mark recognition in several jurisdictions.
  • Conduct legal research on various topics in key jurisdictions, liaising with external lawyer networks as required.  Analyze and record the results in chart form.
  • Preparation/finalization of template letters and other documents.
  • Management and processing of documents and data.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completed bachelor’s degree in law.
  • Completed or currently following a specialization in IP with strong knowledge of trademarks/designs.
  • Ability to work alone with light supervision and as part of a team.
  • Proactive, collaborative, flexible and curious.
  • Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking skills and solution orientated.
  • Advanced level of written English and strong reading comprehension skills required.  Working language is English.  Knowledge of other languages is a bonus.

Hospitality Management Intern – Paris Office

RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Digital & Customer Engagement Manager, you participate in the deployment of the Swiss strategy, the point-of-sale experience and campaign launches in collaboration with Regional Marketing and the Communication and Customer Experience professions.

Product Merchandising Intern – Paris Office

Integrated into the France Retail Department and reporting to Product Merchandising, the intern will participate in analyzing the performance of the product lines and Stores of the France Network and contribute to the implementation of all the Retail projects of this department.

ROLE DETAILS

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Product Assortment team in managing the activity for all stores in France:
  • Regular reporting of the main performance indicators for each product line (Sales, Stocks, Sell through, etc.)
  • Contribute to the development of presentations for stores (PPT supports)
  • Develop ad hoc analyses based on the challenges and current events of the activity

Supply Chain Intern – Geneva Office

Within the Operations Department, you assist the Watchmaking Supply Chain team of the WFJ division. You play a key role within a Division in transformation where creation is at the heart of all activities. In this sense, you guarantee clear and effective communication with all your internal contacts, and you participate in projects aimed at guaranteeing the best experience from production to customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You ensure the regular review of store assortments and stock depths, in close collaboration with the markets and the merchandising team
  • Operational management of distribution from the central warehouse to regional warehouses, management of shortages and arbitrations
  • You build and share projected distribution plans and measure their progress and reliability
  • You communicate the right level of visibility on watch product launch plans to regions and marketing (target stock achievement, coverage, etc.)
  • Management of global stock levels in the Watchmaking segment and coordination of stock performance during monthly meetings with the regions.
  • Participate in the updating, creation and analysis of the KPIs of the Division’s Supply Chain activity, to share the results and identify areas for improvement
  • Coordinate specific stock requests (trade fairs, store openings, etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Engineering school student, Master’s level
  • Knowledge and skills in Supply Chain

Retail Marketing Intern – Paris Office

Integrated within the Other Europe Fashion Marketing team, the intern will contribute to various projects related to the customer experience to guarantee an ultimate level of service in all our Other Europe boutiques (Benelux, Spain, Turkey, Ukraine & Greece) and other points of contact with Maison Chanel. They will be a key partner of our boutiques, in constant contact with them in order to meet their needs to make the customer experience unique at Chanel.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in the implementation of new in-store services

Governance & Quality Reporting Intern – Paris Office

Within the Global Fashion Quality Department, you support the Quality Governance and Reporting Manager in their cross-functional activities within the Fashion Division and its product lines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in the design and implementation of projects supporting Global Quality processes
  • Update the Quality Reference – collection of needs, assessment of their relevance then preparation of the supports for the update in the IT systems
