Americas Events + Partnerships Marketing Intern
The Sol de Janeiro Americas Events + Partnerships Marketing Intern will conduct competitive brand research on prestige beauty activations, assist with regional 360 calendars, and support the execution of consumer events. This role will report to the Associate Director, Events + Partnerships.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research and analyze key insights and innovative trends for experiential marketing and mass sampling
- Prepare product orders for key sampling initiatives, events, and review syndication
- Optimize brand calendars and trackers for key channel initiatives
- Assist with the planning and execution of consumer and influencer events, including on-site assistance
- Support Americas Marketing team in daily administrative tasks

Field Sales Event & Sales Intern
The Sol de Janeiro Field Sales and Training: Events and Sales Intern will gain hands-on experience supporting the planning and execution of retail events, sales initiatives, and immersive experiences. They will assist with event logistics, vendor coordination, and sales team support while learning the behind-the-scenes operations of a dynamic beauty brand. This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual looking to develop skills in event planning, sales strategy, and brand engagement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the planning and execution of retail events, ensuring seamless coordination between stores, vendors, and the sales team.
- Support event logistics, including shipping materials, tracking inventory, and preparing event kits.
- Communicate with retail partners to confirm event details, schedules, and requirements.
- Help source and coordinate vendors for event needs, such as catering, signage, and promotional materials.
- Monitor and recap event performance by gathering feedback, photos, and sales data.
- Provide on-site event support as needed, ensuring smooth operations and brand alignment.
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including updating event calendars and compiling reports.
- Research industry trends and competitor activations to help enhance future event strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in capturing and organizing sustainability-related data (ex, GHG emissions input data like modes of transport for goods)
- Conduct sustainable supply chain-related research and compiling of relevant data such as ingredient certifications
- Conduct competitive research for in-industry sustainability best practices.

The Sol de Janeiro Key Accounts Intern will support the Key Accounts team with ongoing day-to-day planning and execution of daily tasks to drive the Ulta Beauty business. This role will report into the Director, Key Accounts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Key Accounts team with ongoing day-to-day planning and execution of daily tasks to drive the Ulta Beauty business
- Assist with meeting preparation including setting up product displays, décor, gifting and catering orders
- Manage product mailings from the office, product orders and organizing product samples
- Conduct daily auditing and tracking of Ulta.com activity, including monitoring for out-of-stocks, validating copy and asset accuracy, and staying on top of customer reviews
- Assist with competitive research by monitoring new product launches, brand promotional activities, and visual merchandising efforts in the market

The Sol de Janeiro Americas Influencer Marketing Intern will be responsible for assisting the Americas Influencer Marketing team in managing influencer relationships, coordination of influencer campaigns, conducting market research on emerging influencers and trends, and supporting the planning and execution of events involving influencers. This role will report into the Americas Influencer Marketing Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gather and consolidate feedback from key channel stakeholders to optimize campaign performance.
- Assist in reviewal and organization of contracted influencer content for all channels.
- Support internal influencer platform operations, including campaign creation, content monitoring, ongoing maintenance, and reporting.
- Stay on top of the latest trends and competitor monitoring across (but not limited to) Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to leverage insights in identifying new influencer opportunities and content briefing strategies.
- Support the planning and execution of events involving influencers, including list building and on-site assistance.
- Assist in influencer gifting opportunities and product orders.

The Sol de Janeiro Supply Chain Procurement Intern will be responsible for assisting with the following tasks: Gathering and consolidating supporting documentation for Sol de Janeiro’s BCorp Certification Program. Americas Product Marketing Intern
The Americas Product Marketing Intern will develop a deep understanding of the Sol de Janeiro product portfolio as well as analyze key market, consumer, and competitor trends to identify areas of opportunity for the brand. This role will report into the Americas Manager Product Marketing.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze performance drivers across the Sol de Janeiro portfolio, identify key trends & areas of opportunity on category & product level
- Conduct post-launch analysis of SDJ new product launches, summarize and share key learnings across the region
- Monitor and analyze competitor activity, including competitor new product launches; leverage multiple data sources to uncover and craft actionable insights for the region
- Deep dive in market, consumer, and category trends within the region to identify growth opportunities
- Input to regional product development briefs to drive assortment needs for key SDJ channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to input to annual sampling program, including strategic assortment offerings and timings and forecast quantities
- Develop regional reports/dashboards and effectively combine data sources to enable performance tracking
