Paris: Wholesale Operations Intern
Based at Ralph Lauren’s Paris headquarters, this internship focuses on business operations and wholesale customer support.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting wholesale customer service operations
- Monitoring customer orders and deliveries
- Preparing weekly operational reports
- Managing end-of-season returns and credit requests
- Resolving customer issues
- Maintaining customer databases
- Supporting the Customer Service team with daily operations

London: CRM Analyst Intern
Based in London, this internship sits within Ralph Lauren’s EMEA Data Strategy team and focuses on customer insights and marketing technology.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting email, mobile, and paid social campaign segmentation
- Assisting with promotional email setup
- Supporting Customer Care investigations
- Building and refreshing CRM reports
- Supporting omnichannel customer strategy
- Documenting customer journeys and data processes
- Working with cross-functional teams on technical projects
Qualifications
Across both internships, Ralph Lauren is looking for candidates who are organized, analytical, collaborative, and eager to learn.
