The Louis Vuitton Americas HORIZONS Program is officially open!
Louis Vuitton Americas HORIZONS, Retail Edition offers an exclusive opportunity to build a career with one of the most prestigious brands in the world. This 24-month immersive program is designed to shape the next generation of retail leaders, providing hands-on experience, mentorship and a personalized development journey.
This program is designed for ambitious graduates who are eager to accelerate their careers in luxury retail. At the end of the journey, successful candidates will transition into permanent leadership roles within Louis Vuitton’s retail network.
From mastering client interactions to leading teams and driving operational excellence, participants will gain a 360-degree view of retail leadership through strategic rotations:
▸ 6 months of specialized training in delivering world-class client experiences
▸ 3 months focused on operational and visual excellence
▸ 3-5 months collaborating on a corporate project with the Regional Corporate team
▸ 6 months dedicated to people development and leadership skills
▸ A final rotation as an Acting Team Manager, stepping into a leadership role
The Timeline
- Online application (Resume & Video Statement): February 17 – March 14
- Interviews: March – April
- Regional Assessment Day: April
- Zone Assessment Day (NYC): May
The Louis Vuitton Americas HORIZONS program will begin July 2025.
Job Placements
Placements across North & South America:
Applicants for this program will have the opportunity to apply to one of the locations below. Selected candidates must be available to start working full-time on-site in July 2025 in the city of application:
- United States: New York City, Boston, Chicago, Washington DC, Miami, Atlanta, Los Angeles, Costa Mesa, Dallas. Las Vegas, Palo Alto, Honolulu
- Canada: Toronto
- Mexico: Mexico City
- Brazil: Sao Paulo
*Relocation and work authorization assistance will not be provided for this program
For placements in NYC, Boston, Miami, Atlanta, LA, Costa Mesa, Palo Alto, Honolulu: The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $35 – $45 per hour, plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions
For placements in Chicago, Dallas, Las Vegas, Washington DC: The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $31 – $38 per hour, plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions
