Global Talent Acquisition Intern
The Tiffany & Co. Summer 2026 Global Talent Acquisition Intern will be deeply immersed in the operations and strategic initiatives of Tiffany & Co.’s Global Talent Acquisition and Early Careers functions. This unique role offers comprehensive experience in shaping our talent landscape, from early careers strategy and programming to optimizing recruitment processes and operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with the Global Talent Acquisition team to elevate recruitment marketing and employer branding for Early Careers population, including creating compelling recruitment presentation decks, assets and communications for global attraction, onboarding, and management of Early Careers populations.
- Propose innovative solutions to reach key talents in the luxury market through competitor analysis.
- Manage weekly communications for the US Summer 2026 Internship cohort, including newsletter management to provide clear information and access to necessary resources.

UX Design Intern
The Tiffany & Co. Summer 2026 UX Design Intern will work alongside experienced designers and researchers to create innovative and user-centered digital experiences across various platforms. RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Marketing Intern
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supports the creation and maintenance of product calendars and mappings throughout various stages of development, ensuring accuracy of item detail.
- Ensures that product details within category architectures are systematically maintained and milestones are tracked appropriately.
- Assists with research, analysis of product offerings and recommendations to inform new product development and understands what that entails in order to propose his own ideas.
- Analyzes classification, price point, and sales trends to inform decisions on product introductions.
- Assists with the execution and implementation of margin reviews and pricing strategies.

Sustainability Intern
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support Climate lead in the development of executive materials that demonstrate progress against carbon reduction targets.
- Leverage internal climate calculator to estimate CO2 impact of proposed supply chain and industrial initiatives.
- Support Traceability Manager in drafting diamond communications that include updates to the Tiffany & Co. Diamond Craft Journey, Responsible Jewelry Council Certification and other relative initiatives as applicable.
- Contribute to Sustainability Reporting including GRI and UNGC summary documents.
- Contribute to preparing awards applications, documenting previous submissions.
- Support in the drafting of internal employee education communications.

Summer 2026 Global Marketing Intern will support the Global Marketing team in the development and delivery of key strategic initiatives that are both brand building and deliver against commercial goals. This person will have the unique opportunity to experience marketing programs at different stages in the 360 process – from briefing, to creative development & production, to toolkit deployment and launch and wrap reporting.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the development of multiple global marketing initiatives from 360 brief generation through to the development and deployment of their global asset toolkits.
- Be immersed in consumer insights that help inform an initial project strategy and brief.
- Maintain activation calendars and similar planning documents that are crucial in launching a successful marketing program.
