The Pandora Summer 2026 Internship Program in New York City offers students the opportunity to gain experience inside the world’s largest jewelry brand. Known for its craftsmanship, storytelling, and global reach, Pandora has built a powerful presence in the luxury and lifestyle space.

This program gives early-career talent exposure to a fast-paced, creative environment where innovation and purpose come together, making it an excellent opportunity for students looking to build a strong foundation in the fashion and accessories industry.

PROGRAM DETAILS:
▸ Duration: 10 Weeks
▸ Program Dates: June 1 – August 7, 2026
▸ Compensation: $18.50 per hour
▸ Location: New York City

  ▸ Must be a rising junior or senior in college
  Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Finance Intern

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Roll-forward of budget workbooks and planning templates, ensuring all assumptions, structures, and schedules are accurately updated for the upcoming planning cycle. 
  • Contribute to forecast and budget development through meticulous data compilation, trend assessment, and scenario modeling to support strategic decision-making. 
  • Refresh and refine monthly financial reporting packages, incorporating the latest actuals and enhancing visibility into key performance drivers for leadership. 
  • Support month-end close activities by preparing and validating accrual entries, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and alignment with corporate accounting policies. 
  • Assist in preparing presentations that communicate financial performance in a clear and compelling manner.

Retail Sales & Operations Intern

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the development, documentation, and enhancement of standardized retail processes. 
  • Conduct time & motion studies, root cause analyses, and workflow observations to identify improvement opportunities. 
  • Assist with the rollout of process pilots in select stores, collecting data and feedback to measure impact. 
  • Build and maintain process maps, SOPs, and visual aids using tools like Visio or Miro. 
  • Analyze operational data to support decision-making using Excel, PowerBI, or similar analytics platforms. 
  • Partner with store teams, field leaders, and cross-functional departments to understand pain points and propose solutions. 
  • Support the creation of training materials and communications related to new process implementations. 
  • Collaborate on labor planning, retail standards, or customer experience projects to drive continuous improvement.

eCommerce Omnichannel Intern

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead assigned omnichannel projects, including Buy Online Pick Up In Store (BOPIS), Buy Online Return in Store (BORIS), Add-On Sales, and Endless Aisle initiatives to support growth, efficiency, and bring Pandora closer to becoming a unified retailer.  
  • Collaborate with Retail Operations, Communications, and IT teams to support process improvements and project execution. 
  • Monitor and analyze omnichannel KPIs, such as sales performance, service level agreements (SLAs), and cancellation rates. 
  • Support the implementation of omnichannel operations in all new store openings, relocations, and remodel projects. 
  • Conduct in-depth analyses to optimize omnichannel operations within stores, driving business growth and efficiency. 
  • Work closely with store operations to ensure that associates have the proper tools and accountability to drive back to goals. 
  • Complete a capstone project focused on omnichannel optimization, applying insights and learnings gained during the internship. 
  • Secondary responsibilities will be in helping to support on cross-functional ecomm initiatives outside of Omni scope

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be responsible for assigned eCommerce cross-functional projects 
  • Collaborate with the eCommerce Marketplace team by completing timely new item setup, image uploads, and assisting with marketing and operational tasks 
  • Support on reporting needs including analyzing retail dotcom weekly reports, marketing reports and associated KPIs 
  • Deep dive into retail performance wins & misses, inventory position, and marketing optimization needed to drive the business forward  
  • Complete a capstone project focusing on assortment strategy, using the learnings from the internship

Human Resources People Experience Intern

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure all “Employee Data” has been entered correctly into the HRIS upon recruitment and onboarding and then will be responsible for maintaining and updating this data as changes occur for employees. By maintaining 100% accuracy with data, this will ensure employees will receive communication, payments etc in a consistent, timely and accurate manor  
  • Support the entire employee lifecycle changes in our HRIS (SAP – Success Factors)  
  • Monitor and manage ticket queries via Zen Desk and support on issue resolution within required SLA’s  
  • Ensure I9 compliance for all employees including conducting I9’s for manager + levels across retail

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Gain knowledge of interdepartmental dependencies and hands-on experience with day-to-day operations activies and processes from functional leaders throughout the AME Operation 
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for automation across operations by analyzing current processes, gathering stakeholder input, and assessing feasibility 
  • Champion change and strategic problem solving through influencing and building relationships with peers, business partners, and external stakeholders

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Americas Trade & Customs team by reviewing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Develop process maps for the team’s five most critical processes—HS classification, Section 232 tariff management, compliance audits, duty drawback, and import documentation.
  • Conduct a side-by-side comparison of import guidance across key markets, identifying differences in governing authorities, duty and tax structures, payment methods, and documentation requirements.
  • Work closely with team members, the intern will help identify process improvements

  • Support marketing initiatives that drive traffic and strengthen brand awareness across the retail network. 
  • Gain hands-on exposure to regional campaigns, local media programs, and retail events to understand how marketing strategies are executed at the point of sale.

Earned Marketing Intern

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create & send daily digest to the full Earned Marketing team which includes industry and social media news, competitor audits, etc.
  • Booking shipments and messengers for deliveries
  • Asset support and organization (i.e. pulling photos from Pandora Library for VIP or press requests)
  • Support PR Coordinator with the upkeep of the PR Salon including product organization, supply inventory and the management of the bi-weekly cleanings
  • Tracking, receiving, organizing, and storing orders for events and PR Salon (i.e. votives, candles, containers, décor, materials, supplies)
  • Support VIP & Product Associate Coordinator with all team product needs such as:
  • Supporting maintenance of GPS (i.e. checking once or twice a week on status of returns) 
  • Partner with Associate Coordinator to input new cycles + samples into GPS 
  • Assist with influencer & PR product send-outs for campaigns and sample requests
  • VIP, PR, & influencer sample trafficking: pulling product, building product, packing, shipping of product, and tracking for shoots, VIP dressings, editorial, and event needs, as well as any last-minute product pulls across the board
