Internship Assistant E-Store Manager
Your main missions will be to assist the E-store Manager New Business in the daily management of the Second-Hand and Rental sites and the Traffic Manager on the maje.com and new business perimeters.
ROLE DETAILS
Location: Paris, France
Professional Experience: Recent graduate
Duration: 6 Months, Starting July 2025
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participation in the management of the Second-Hand catalog: verification of the conformity of product sheets, supervision of online postings.
- Participation in the management of the Rental offer assortment and its periodic restocking.
- Help to optimize the e-merchandising of sites: categories, navigation, filters, cross-sell.
- Help with setting up the New Business animation plan: homepage, creation of category pages.
- Participation in the development of web design briefs and preparation of Paid content.
- Monitoring of campaign launches on various paid channels.
- Carrying out benchmarks on different media platforms.
- Carrying out campaign performance analyses.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A higher education degree from a business school or equivalent,
- Some experience in the field of e-commerce or digital, particularly in the management of a CMS preferred
- Proficient in the Office Pack.

Internship E-Partners Assistant
Within the Digital & Customer Experience team and reporting to the E-Partners Project Manager, the E-Partners Assistant provides support in order to develop business on e-partner sites (e-concessions and marketplaces) where Maje is present, while ensuring respect for the brand image.
ROLE DETAILS

Duration: 6 Months, Starting July 2025
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Help with monitoring content availability and completing partner matrices
- Weekly monitoring of the publication of each reference on partner sites, based on the products sent
- Verification of content and all product information
- Increased monitoring of the availability of samples with the Production teams, based on launch dates
- Weekly sending of samples to Farfetch which operates product shootings internally
- Daily monitoring of brand visibility and competitor brands on partner sites and their social networks
- Regular monitoring of the uptake of relevant products within brand spaces and categories
- Tracking e-partner best sellers
- Support for updating weekly and monthly reports
- Conducting reviews of Maje sites and e-partner sites to ensure their consistency
- Help with launching new Maje sites, by carrying out detailed reviews
QUALIFICATIONS
- Student in Business School, Digital course or equivalent
- Strong sensitivity for the world of fashion and digital
- You have already completed an internship in the world of marketing or digital
- Comfortable with project management

Internship Customer Experience (Europe)
You will join the customer experience department to support and help our customers on the pre-sales and post-sales journey as well as Retail.
ROLE DETAILS
Location: REMOTE
Professional Experience: Recent graduate
Duration: 6 Months, Starting July 2025
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle complex requests sent by our Customer Service provider and make decisions to resolve customer cases.
- Process requests sent by Retail teams and help in-store teams manage disputes and sensitive situations.
- Respond to comments from French and international customers to follow up on satisfaction surveys.
- Participate in the quality monitoring of the Customer Service provider.
- Carry out reminders and updates of training documents and procedures to our stores and our Customer Service.
- Participate in meetings with the accounting team to follow up on customer refunds.
- Participate in the constant improvement of the division and be a driving force for proposals regarding the development of our processes (redesign of Customer Service emails).
- Lead the community of Personal Shopper experts on the Maje site.
- Provide support to the omnichannel project manager in managing operational issues (cancelled orders, blocked refunds, Click and Collect or Ship from Store issues, etc.).
- Provide support to the customer service project manager on various subjects and reports.
- Lead certain cross-functional projects to improve the Customer Experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong oral fluency and excellent command of spelling and written expression in French and English

Internship Visual Merchandiser Assistant
ROLE DETAILS
Location: Paris, France
Professional Experience: Recent graduate

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interface between Headquarters and field teams for the proper implementation of the merchandising policy
- Assist the Visual Merchandising Manager in preparing window display and merchandising recommendations
- Ensure the staging
- Support sales teams in the implementation
- Optimize the commercial impact of window displays, scenographies (performance analysis and product stock)
- Track product performance and highlights
- Lead merchandising training sessions (merchandising fundamentals)
- Managing Outlet projects: transmitting merchandising information to field employees

Internship E-Commerce Assistant M/F
Your role will be to assist the E-store manager in the daily management of the maje.com catalogs (9 sites, Europe). Your main mission will be to coordinate and operate the online posting of references as well as optimize the promotion of the offer throughout the season.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Putting the product catalog online: coordinate the reception of all product information in order to put it online (visuals, videos, descriptions, cross-sell, etc.)
- Checking the correct conformity of the information in the product sheet
- Implementation and optimization of product promotion on category pages
- Adaptation of E-merchandising according to stocks, new products and the various highlights of the year
- Optimization of the product recommendation strategy (cross-selling)
- Contribute to the implementation of key events and commercial operations (Outlet, Sales, etc.)
- Competitive monitoring, benchmarking and proposals relating to the improvement of the presentation of our products

Internship – Trade Marketing Assistant
ROLE DETAILS

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participation in the development of Retail Marketing Europe events: Daily monitoring of events, organization of retail events linked to local activity, shopping center visibility, VIP events, Press day. Regular communication with retail teams (sharing of guidelines, monitoring of support, etc.) and external partners
- Support for the management of department store projects in France and Europe: Help with coordinating seasonal marketing plans, helping with the creation of retail and digital content. Highlighting product exclusives and local events.
- Support for the management of Outlet partners and coordination of Marketing plans negotiated over the season (highlights visibility/network events/exclusive products, etc.).
- Operational deployment of marketing tools on the European network (promotional offers, campaign visuals, signage, etc.)
- Support for the development of the Goodies policy: supplier briefs, creation and monitoring of products, mechanics, stocks, benchmarks, etc.

- Student in Master 1 or Master 2 in Communication or Marketing, looking for a second gap year internship or an end-of-studies internship

Internship – Assistant Campaign Manager CRM M/F

This role will report to the Maje Influence Project Manager within the Communications department.

- Monitoring of requests, shopping deliveries and press rehearsals for press offices in Paris but also abroad (Europe, Asia and the US);
- Participation in meetings with press offices with a view to developing the seasonal strategy;
