LVMH Spring is here, bringing an exclusive opportunity for recent graduates to launch their careers in luxury. The LVMH Spring Graduate Program – Product Leaders is a first-of-its-kind rotational program designed to fast-track your professional growth and develop the next generation of product leaders within the world’s most prestigious luxury brands.
This immersive experience takes you through multiple LVMH Maisons, offering hands-on learning and mentorship from industry leaders. If you’re passionate about craftsmanship, innovation and shaping the future of luxury, this program provides the ultimate foundation to accelerate your career.
Job Responsibilities

- A 3-year Journey: A permanent contract with 3 transformative 11-month rotations across 75 Maisons and 6 business sectors, both in France and internationally

Qualifications
Students and graduates from all schools and universities who meet the following criteria:
- Hold a Master’s degree, and be available to start full-time position in October 2025
- Max. 3 years of work experience after graduating (not including internships nor apprenticeships, summer jobs or part-time jobs during your studies)
- Speak English at business fluency level (French valuable)
- Experience outside of your native country valuable
- No prior experience in the luxury field required
- Thrive in environments driven by excellence, innovation, creativity and entrepreneurship
- Have a true passion for luxury and solid product sensitivity and culture
- Possess a business mindset and demonstrated leadership potential
Recruitment Process
The recruitment process will take place between March and May 2025. If you meet the eligibility criteria, the next steps consist of:
- A video recording of your motivation to assess your product sensitivity
- An online test to assess your leadership potential
- Interviews
- A business case
- An assessment center (1 day in Paris from May 22 to 28, on-site mandatory). Traveling and accommodation expenses covered by LVMH if applicable.
This program is offered under a permanent contract (CDI).
