Designed for ambitious individuals eager to make an impact in the luxury industry, this accelerated program offers an unparalleled opportunity to explore, innovate, and grow. Over 18 to 24 months, participants will engage in four dynamic rotations, gaining invaluable experience across Louis Vuitton’s Industry and Supply Chain operations in France and internationally.

PROGRAM 1
LVMH Horizons Graduate Program – Product Edition
The program offers a tailor-made experience and a development path within the Marketing (Collection and Retail Merchandising) and Digital professions. This unique opportunity will allow students to build their own path within the House, thanks to the monitoring of their skills development by a senior manager.

THE PROGRAM SCHEDULE
The selected students will join teams on a permanent contract and complete multiple rotational assignments ranging from 2 weeks to 9 months each, during the 18-to-24-month program:
- 2 months in Retail, working closely with clients in EMEA stores
- 2 weeks with exceptional craftspeople in one of LVMH’s Ateliers in France
- 6 to 9 months with the Collection Merchandising teams (shoes, ready-to-wear, accessories or leather goods)
- 6 to 9 months with the Retail Merchandising teams (shoes, ready-to-wear, accessories, or leather goods)
- 2 months with the Digital teams
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Hold a European master’s degree or an international equivalent
- Be available to start working full-time on September 1, 2025 in Paris
- Have a maximum of 2 years of professional experience (excluding internships, work-study programs and summer jobs)
- Speak English fluently (French is a plus, but not required)
- Not already be employed on a permanent contract within Maison Louis Vuitton, or another house of the LVMH group.

LVMH Horizons Graduate Program – Operations Edition
Join the accelerated LVMH Horizons Operations program on a permanent contract, and follow a unique career path within the Maison Industry and Supply Chain.
Over a period of 18 to 24 months, you will follow a path tailored to your profile and aspirations, built around 4 complementary rotations in France and internationally, within diverse environments both on-site and at the Headquarters.

ELIGIBILITY REQUREMENTS
- Hold a Master’s degree or equivalent by the end of 2025
- No more than 2 years of professional experience (excluding internships and apprenticeships)
- Not be on a permanent contract within LMVH or any of its Maisons
- Speak professional level of French and English
- Be ready for mobility in different locations in France and internationally
QUALIFICATIONS
- Sensitivity to the Industry and Supply Chain universe
- An agile mindset, able to quickly adapt to situations
- An appetite for learning and growing, constantly seeking excellence and results
- Sharp analytical skills with problem-solving capacities
- Strong motivations to join Louis Vuitton and grow within the House
