The Louis Vuitton Spring 2026 Pioneers Internship Program is now open, offering students the chance to gain firsthand experience inside one of the world’s most respected luxury fashion houses. Designed to develop future talent across the Americas, the program immerses interns in Louis Vuitton’s culture of innovation, craftsmanship, and client excellence. Through meaningful projects and real-world exposure, participants will build the foundation for a career in luxury while contributing to the legacy of a brand that continues to define modern elegance.
PROGRAM DETAILS:
▸ Currently enrolled undergraduate/graduate student pursuing a degree in a related field of study.
▸ Duration: January-June 2026
▸ Modality: Onsite – Louis Vuitton Corporate Office, Manhattan
Compensation:
▸ Undergraduate Interns will be compensated at: $20/hour
▸ Graduate Interns will be compensated at: $25/hour
QUALIFICATIONS:
▸ Able and willing to work at the assigned location or able and willing to relocate to NYC
▸ Legally authorized to work in the US
AVAILABLE ROLES
Talent Development Intern
The Louis Vuitton Spring 2026 Talent Development Intern will support various HR initiatives for the teams’ ongoing professional development. Reporting to the Talent Development Manager, this diverse role will support the teams based in Retail, Corporate, Client Services Center and Repair workshops.
This intern will assist in the project management, execution, and overall production of various talent development initiatives, ensuring alignment within the business strategy, employee growth and development.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Training Experiences/Coordination: Assist in organizing and executing Talent Development trainings, workshops, meetings and panel discussions. These tasks include supporting on all administration tasks, venue logistics, participant communications and material preparation.
- Learning Materials: Support the sourcing, curation and distribution of learning materials. These key resources include presentations, facilitator guides, training workbooks and online learning modules.
- Training Program Support: Provide administrative and logistical support for & during the various training programs. This includes scheduling, tracking attendance, managing participant feedback and maintaining training records. Be on hand throughout the training program to support activities and workshops.
- Managing data: Updating and managing our Learning Management System (LMS).
- E-Learning Development: Support the development and maintenance of e-learning modules using various authoring tools and platforms. Assist in creating engaging and interactive online learning experiences.
- Communication Support: Assist in creating and distributing communication materials related to talent development programs, such as training announcements, newsletters, and intranet content.
- Cross-Functional HR Support: Assist in other areas of the HR Department and provide support where needed.

- Advanced MS Excel (Macros, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), MS Word, MS PowerPoint required.
- Experience with graphic design software (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of technology and ability to partner with different departments.

Digital Production Intern
The Louis Vuitton Spring 2026 Digital Production Intern will play a key part in shaping the online customer experience for Louis Vuitton across the Americas. Supporting the online experience for key markets (US, Canada, Brazil, and Mexico), they will drive sales and engagement through data-driven strategies. Responsibilities will encompass supporting Homepage updates, special projects and UX launches, performance reporting, and optimizing website experiences to ensure a seamless and luxurious digital journey for clients.
This collaborative, project-based role will focus on supporting the digital experience across multiple platforms for USA, Canada, Brazil, and Mexico.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Weekly updates to site content, including the LV.com & LV App.
- Perform ad hoc updates to store pages, collaborating closely with regional store teams.
- Support the organization of new visual assets for the Digital team and other departments for internal use.
- Crop and optimize visuals in Photoshop for LV.com and the LV App
- Assist with publications for LV.com Magazine and LV App.
- Assist with submitting translations for digital publications, ensuring alignment with timelines and publication plans.
- Weekly updates to the Louis Vuitton site through the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Support digital collection launches across all universes, with particular focus during major campaign periods.
Commercial Mindset
- Conduct daily quality checks across LV.com and the LV APP to ensure a seamless client journey in all markets.
- Communicate effectively and advise on updates or issues related to visuals, copy, and animations.
- Monitor and support the quick resolution of site errors to maintain optimal site performance.
Decision Making
- Support the analysis of Homepage and LV App performance reports on a weekly basis to identify opportunities and drive digital sales.
- Enthusiastic about bringing fresh ideas and collaborating on innovative approaches to elevate the homepage and over all user experience.

Internal Control Intern
The Louis Vuitton Spring 2026 Internal Control Intern will support the retail and corporate population on key projects for the Americas.
The selected Intern will collaborate with various business partners to optimize daily operations, conduct operational reviews to ensure excellence and compliance, and participate in corporate audits and risk assessments. They will have the opportunity to work with sensitive transactions for compliance, updating policies and procedures, and analyzing transactional data to identify trends and risks.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with Corporate and Retail business partners on key projects to drive efficiencies and enhancements in daily operations
- Partner with regional retail leadership and store management to conduct store operational reviews (remote and in-person, as needed) to drive operational excellence and compliance throughout the zone
- Participate in Corporate audits of key departments based on risk assessments performed at the Central and Zone level
- Participate in ERICA risk assessment testing and documentation for key enterprise controls in the organization
- Perform monthly reviews of sensitive transactions to ensure compliance with local requirements
- Follow-up with business partners for documentation of rationale as needed
- Review catalogue of existing policies and procedures (Corporate and Retail) for consistency with global policies and procedures
- Partner with key stakeholders and identify any updates needed within the zone
- Perform ad hoc analysis of large sets of transactional data to identify trends, potential risks, and opportunities for training and reinforcement
QUALIFICATIONS
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
- Travel: Occasional local travel within NYC may be required, always accompanied by a manager and subject to company policy.
- Language Skills: English proficiency is required. A working knowledge of French and/or Spanish is a plus.
