Compensation:
Undergraduate Interns: $20 per hour | Graduate Interns: $25 per hour
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Support the Louis Vuitton Public Relations team with sample trafficking and logistics, focusing on international shoots within the U.S.
- Maintain meticulous records of all incoming and outgoing samples, including Paris loans, using Fashion GPS and PowerPoint.
- Coordinate with messenger and courier services to ensure the timely transfer of all samples.
- Generate shipment invoices and manage daily international outbound shipments, maintaining clear communication with headquarters.
- Input new samples into the Fashion GPS database and update reference documents for the team.
- Ensure the showroom is consistently neat, organized, and presentable.
- Assist with special projects as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Louis Vuitton is excited to speak to candidates with strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate will possess experience within Fashion PR, preferably luxury or agency.
- Currently enrolled undergraduate/graduate student pursuing a degree in related field of study
- Able and willing to work at assigned location or able and willing to relocate to NYC
- Open to full-time for Fall 2025 with a start date in August
- Legally authorized to work in the US
