The Louis Vuitton Americas HORIZONS Retail Program is designed for those who see retail not just as a starting point, but as a long-term leadership path. Built around structured development, hands-on learning, and real responsibility, this program reflects Louis Vuitton’s commitment to growing talent from within.
Participants gain meaningful exposure to the retail side of the business while building the skills, perspective, and confidence needed to step into future leadership roles within the House.

The Louis Vuitton Americas HORIZONS Program
At a Glance
If selected, you will join the team in a local full-time role and complete retail based rotational assignments during the approximately 24-month program. Each rotation will take place in store apart from Rotation 3 which will be based with the Regional Corporate team.
- 6 months of education and training in delivering exceptional client experiences
- 3 months of exposure to operational and visual excellence
- 3-5 months of participation on a project with the Regional Corporate team
- 6 months of discovery in people development
- Final rotation as an Acting Team Manager in a leadership role
Job Responsibilities
Candidates for this program will be considered for an opportunity the location of application. If selected, you must be available to start working full-time on-site in June 2026 in the city of application.

Compensation & Benefits
The appointed candidate will be offered a competitive base salary, ranging from USD $35-$45 per hour. Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or international equivalent
- Have more than two years of work experience demonstrating leadership potential, strong communication skills and a drive for results
- Have permanent authorization to work in the location associated with application
- Be available to start working full-time on-site in location selected during the application process by June 2026.
