AVAILABLE ROLES
Visual Merchandising Intern
The Loro Piana Spring 2026 Visual Merchandising Intern will support the Visual Operations Manager, Windows and Special Projects Manager, and Senior Visual Merchandising Manager with select processes leading up to final execution of collection launches and brand creativity across all business channels in collaboration with global teams and local vendors including: worldwide and special window concepts, pop-ups, pop-ins, collection events, store openings, and guest facing and internal communication.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support select activities related to window installations and special activations, across all business channels, by aiding in the following: calendar updates, installation updates, creative asset inventory and tracking documents, creating select photo reports, on-site hands-on support during creative installations and special events
Support select operational activities within the VM department, by aiding in the following: calendar updates, creative asset inventory and organization, creative sample organization and tracking, VM tool organization and inventory, uploading and organizing window and visual merchandising documents/guidelines to select digital channels
Support in developing and delivering all collection events including in-store retail and wholesale trunk shows and caravans as well as offsite special collaborations. Support includes: calendar updates, VM installation guide distribution, tool order coordination, logistic partnership, and help with on-site installation
Support the Senior Visual Merchandising Manager and VM Field Team with Monthly rotations by aiding in: collection launch deck completion, VM tool implementation, collection preparation, collection placement, and on-site support in the New York market
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in progress
- Visual learner, visually engaged and detail oriented

Public Relations Intern
The Loro Piana Spring 2026 Public Relations Intern will support the Communications & Marketing department and serve as a flexible, agile team member who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a proactive, go-getter attitude.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily internal press distribution, scanning top outlets and sharing key industry news
- Support Senior PR Director in overseeing the PR Agency’s weekly and monthly press coverage reporting across print, digital, and social; ensure reporting is shared internally
- Support sample inventory processes, including arrivals, tracking, and end of season close outs
- Partner with Senior PR Director and NY-based PR Agency on sample movement, store consignment pulls, and editor appointments; conduct inventory checks across retail network as needed
- Assist with organizing and maintaining the PR and Marketing sample closets
- Support in the maintenance of the department’s press, influencer, and VIP database
- Assist with departmental reports, special events, and admin tasks
- Support overall strategy, including research, list building, and data analysis
- Provide credit details to publications/agency as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-2 years of relevant agency or in-house Fashion PR, Marketing or Events experience (internship or full-time)
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and perform duties in an efficient and timely manner
- Comfort in managing and navigating interdepartmental systems and processes
- Strong Powerpoint and Excel skills; familiarity with DMR and FashionGPS programs

The Loro Piana Marketing CRM/VIC Intern will support the CRM and VIC departments in creating and monitoring multi-channel customer outreach programs, participate in the organization and rollout of VIC events and delighting and assist the retail teams in achieving global VIC and CRM priorities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the identification of guests and VICs to be targeted for different initiatives
- Support in the organization of different VIC initiatives and assist during the execution phase for both events and delighting initiatives
- Support in building key CRM reports to gather insights and monitor retail performance
- Support acquisition and retention strategies to expand the client database
- Support in maintaining accurate and up-to-date client information within the CRM system
- Support stores directly with fulfilling weekly VIC gifting
- Support with store trainings for CRM and VIC topics
QUALIFICATIONS

- Running weekly reporting for the corporate and store teams
- Assist in the creating and managing of seasonal buy books
- Ad hoc projects including competitive analysis & trunkshow support
- Fielding store requests and questions to support all selling efforts

Retail Operations Intern
The Loro Piana Retail Operations Intern offers hands-on experience within a luxury retail environment, providing insight into operational processes, store support, and project coordination. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and passionate about driving efficiency and delivering exceptional service to our store teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support day-to-day retail operations by ensuring stores receive timely and accurate information, tools, and resources.
- Assist with operational projects involving inventory control, POS processes, store communications, and policy updates.
- Help track, document, and maintain operational procedures to ensure consistency across North America.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Merchandising, Logistics, Internal Control, Visual Merchandising, and Finance) to resolve store inquiries and operational issues.

Loro Piana is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Marketing and Events Intern to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to gain hands-on experience in the luxury fashion industry, specifically within marketing and event management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of brand and client events, including but not limited to VIP events, store openings, trunk shows, Pop-Up openings, in-store activations, and more
- Manage and organize internal and external event inventory and supplies
- Support the creation of event presentations, reports and recaps
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Provide administrative support to the Marketing and Events team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Management, Event Management, or a related field.
