KHAITE is now accepting applications for its Fall 2026 Internship opportunities, with eight roles currently open across multiple departments. If you’re looking to gain hands-on experience at one of fashion’s most influential luxury brands, this hiring cycle offers opportunities in visual merchandising, production, marketing, product development, and more.

AVAILABLE ROLES
Product Development Intern
The Khaite Fall 2026 Product Development Intern will report to the Senior Product Developer, Non-Apparel and will be based out of the NYC HQ offices.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate sample launches, ensuring all necessary materials and information are prepared for development partners in Italy
- Assist with mock-ups, material allocations, and technical documentation required for sample execution
- Help update and maintain design boards with the latest product information, including style names, material swatches, color references, Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Organize samples for fittings as well as maintain working space organized
- Maintain and organize all incoming and outgoing sample packages
- Support with product repairs and customer inquiries in coordination with the production and merchandising teams
- Help with the structure, layout, and formatting of internal presentations and seasonal review decks
QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently enrolled for a Bachelor’s Degree; preferably in Fashion Design, Apparel Production, Technical Design, or a related field
- Previous experience in production in non-apparel category
- Proficiency in PLM, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in RLM is a plus
- Exceptional attention to details and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving and a sense of urgency
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Events & Experiences Intern
The Khaite Fall 2026 Events & Experiences Intern will report to the Global Director, Events & Experiences and will be based out of the NYC HQ offices.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the coordination and execution of all KHAITE Events, including Show Styling, Show, Market, VIC Events, Cocktails, Dinners, and Retail Activations.
- Assist with vendor research/outreach in local and new markets.
- Help create Event Overview Decks, Recap Reports, and Production Schedules.
- Logistical support in messengering, shipping, deliveries, and pick-ups of event materials.
- Support in maintaining and upkeeping local inventory and supplies.
- Expense organization and management.
- Working on-site during local New York based events.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently enrolled for a Bachelor’s Degree; preferably in Communications, Fashion, Marketing, Event Planning, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as the Google Suite
- Prior experience in event planning, PR, client relations, or styling is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; with a strong attention to details.
- Passion for luxury fashion, events, experiential marketing, and client relations.

Public Relations Intern
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Assist with all sample trafficking internally among different departments and externally among leading media outlets, industry stylists and brand influencers.
- Coordinate all domestic and international shipping of samples as well as local couriers.
- Monitor press and social media daily to search for KHAITE placements and compile all clips into an internal report.
- Support the team in creating seasonal press assets, including lookbook documents and collection decks, and hi-res imagery for external distribution.
- Conduct industry research for brand marketing, influencer seeding and partnerships.
- Assist the larger team to plan and execute press events, including runway shows, re-see events, VIP fittings, brand dinners, etc.
- Track event pickup on social and in media for recaps and compile clippings for post event recap reporting.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently enrolled for a Bachelor’s Degree
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as the Google Suite
- Must be organized and have a strong attention to detail

Buying Intern
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Buying team with daily administrative tasks, including maintaining assortment tools, purchase order tracking, and reporting.
- Assist in analyzing weekly sales performance, inventory levels, and sell-through to help identify business opportunities.
- Prepare product recaps, assortment presentations, and market meeting materials for internal reviews.
- Help manage sample organization, product cataloging, and showroom preparation during market appointments and seasonal buys.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Merchandising, Planning, Allocation, and Retail, to support the execution of seasonal assortments.
- Conduct competitive market research and trend analysis to provide insights on product assortment, pricing, and the luxury retail landscape.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently enrolled for a Bachelor’s Degree; preferably in Fashion Buying & Merchandising, Business, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with retail math is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications, including Outlook and PowerPoint, as well as the Google Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior internship experience in fashion merchandising is preferred

Wholesale Intern
RESPONSIBILITIES

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support outreach and communication with VIP clients, stylists, and industry partners.
- Support the creation of personalized client edits by researching client preferences, purchase history, and seasonal collections.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, database management, and logistics coordination.
- Assist with client outreach and follow-up communications, helping maintain strong relationships and an elevated client experience.
- Track inventory movement, transfers, and product requests to ensure timely fulfillment of client needs.
- Provide operational support for in-store events, VIP appointments, and special shopping experiences while gaining exposure to luxury clienteling best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS

Retail Excellence & Operations Intern
The Retail Excellence & Operations Intern will support key initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall retail experience, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience within the luxury retail industry and develop skills in data analysis, project management, and retail operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in gathering and analyzing data from various sources to track store performance, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Support the team in identifying opportunities for process improvements in store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service protocols.
- Assist in streamlining communication throughout the retail network
- Assist in compiling and building presentations that drive team development, from leadership thru staff level
- Conduct competitive research and benchmarking to identify best practices in the luxury retail industry.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing findings, project statuses, and KPIs.

Visual Merchandising Intern
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Visual Merchandising team with the execution of seasonal store updates, window installations, and in-store merchandising initiatives.
- Assist with preparing visual merchandising guidelines, floor plans, product stories, and presentation materials for retail locations.
- Help coordinate product pulls, styling requests, and inventory organization to support store launches and visual updates.
- Conduct store visits and provide feedback on visual standards, product presentation, and merchandising opportunities.
- Support the preparation and execution of special events, activations, and retail experiences to ensure a cohesive brand presentation.
