AVAILABLE ROLES
Events & Experiences Intern
The Khaite Fall 2025 Events & Experiences Intern will report to the Global Director, Events & Experiences and will be based out of the NYC HQ offices.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the coordination and execution of all KHAITE Events, including Show Styling, Show, Market, VIC Events, Cocktails, Dinners, and Retail Activations.
- Assist with vendor research/outreach in local and new markets.
- Help create Event Overview Decks, Recap Reports, and Production Schedules.
- Logistical support in messengering, shipping, deliveries, and pick-ups of event materials.
- Support in maintaining and upkeeping local inventory and supplies.
- Expense organization and management.
- Working on-site during local New York based events.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently enrolled for a Bachelor’s Degree; preferably in Communications, Fashion, Marketing, Event Planning, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as the Google Suite
- Prior experience in event planning, PR, client relations, or styling is preferred.

Merchandising Intern
The Khaite Fall 2025 Merchandising Intern will report to both the Senior Manager, Buying & Merchandising and the Senior Director, Merchandising, and will be based out of the NYC HQ offices.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the merchandising team with market and competitor research to analyze trends and business opportunities
- Support the seasonal line planning process by preparing product data, analyzing past performance, and organizing key merchandising tools
- Assist with coordinating product presentations, ensuring all necessary materials and assets are in place
- Assist in organizing and maintaining merchandising documents, line sheets, and pricing lists
- Support in-store and e-commerce merchandising efforts, including product performance tracking
- Work cross-functionally with production, wholesale, digital, marketing, and retail teams to align on product launches and collection development
- Provide general administrative support to the merchandising team as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently enrolled for a Bachelor’s Degree; preferably in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with retail math is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications, including Outlook and PowerPoint, as well as the Google Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior internship experience in fashion merchandising is preferred

Digital Intern
The Khaite Fall 2025 Digital Intern will report to the digital team. This role will be based out of the NYC HQ offices.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaboration with the Marketing, Logistics, Merchandising, Private Client, and Customer Service departments
- Product set-up on direct (Shopify) and partner platforms
- Assist with brainstorming, pitching initiatives, and conducting competitive analyses
- Assist with site visual merchandising based on selling performance and seasonal messaging
- Participate in cross-functional projects and discussions
- Sample management for photo shoots
- On-site for photoshoots
- Regular website QA and testing
- Manage and organize photo assets for the department on Google Drive
QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently enrolled for a Bachelor’s Degree; preferably in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Merchandising, Business Administration, etc.
- Analytical and data-driven, with ability to work within tight timelines
- Must have experience in Google Workplace and Microsoft Excel

Private Client Events & Partnerships Intern
The Khaite Fall 2025 Private Client Events & Partnerships Intern will report to the Senior Director, Private Client.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the coordination and execution of private client events, including guest list management, vendor coordination, and on-site event support.
- Research and identify potential brand partnerships that align with KHAITE.
- Support outreach and communication with VIP clients, stylists, and industry partners.
- Assist with preparation of event materials, gifting, and special client activations.
- Track and analyze event performance, client engagement, and partnership impact.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, database management, and logistics coordination.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently enrolled for a Bachelor’s Degree; preferably in Marketing, Fashion, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as the Google Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Retail Excellence & Operations Intern
The Khaite Fall 2025 Retail Excellence & Operations Intern will support key initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall retail experience, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience within the luxury retail industry and develop skills in data analysis, project management, and retail operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in gathering and analyzing data from various sources to track store performance, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Support the team in identifying opportunities for process improvements in store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service protocols.
- Assist in streamlining communication throughout the retail network
- Assist in compiling and building presentations that drive team development, from leadership thru staff level
- Conduct competitive research and benchmarking to identify best practices in the luxury retail industry.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing findings, project statuses, and KPIs.
- Support in CRM programming creation, rollout, and analysis.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently enrolled for a Bachelor’s Degree
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as the Google Suite
- Prior internship or work experience in retail or customer-centric industry. Luxury experience is preferred.
