If you're interested in HR, Gucci is looking for an intern for the 2024 year:

As a Talent Acquisition Intern with Gucci, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment.

You will work closely with their team of experienced talent acquisition professionals to learn the ins and outs of the recruitment process and contribute to the acquisition of exceptional talent for the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Candidate Sourcing:
Assist in identifying and sourcing potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media and professional networks.

Candidate Screening:
Participate in the initial screening of candidates, reviewing resumes and conducting preliminary interviews to assess qualifications and fit for open positions.

Interview Coordination:
Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics for both in-person and virtual interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support by maintaining candidate records, updating databases and assisting with the onboarding process.

Employer Branding:
Contribute to Gucci employer branding efforts by creating engaging content for social media and assisting with the development of recruitment marketing materials.

Assist in Talent Pools:
Help build and maintain talent pools and pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Internship Community Management:
Facilitate communication and engagement within the internship community. Organize networking events, workshops and social activities to enhance the intern experience and foster a sense of belonging within the Gucci corporation.

Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to provide insights and recommendations.

Special Projects:
Participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the talent acquisition process.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Passion for Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding field
  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in HR, Business, or a related field (or recent graduate)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Fluency in English, another language knowledge would be considered a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a proactive approach to tasks
