The First at Fendi EU Program aims to welcome the new generation by offering them a disruptive experience within the Fendi Family in a context of fast pace. The interns will be developing a dedicated business-oriented project during the length of their experience as well as experiencing a real-life working environment and gaining a strategic vision on our business priorities.

AVAILABLE ROLES
eCommerce & CRM Intern – London Office
The intern will have the opportunity to take the lead a key project related to the launch of the brand’s upcoming collaboration capsule collection with relevant marketing activities. This project will have a huge exposure in terms of scope and involved stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitoring sales, stock levels, and competitor benchmarks to provide actionable insights.
- Managing setting and visual merchandising (VM) and ensuring timely updates and accuracy across the site.
- Overseeing search performance, commercial campaigns, and digital activations to enhance user experience.
- Assisting in purchasing activities during seasonal collection presentations.
- Handling e-commerce cases in collaboration with the Customer Service Hub.
- Work closely with the CRM Department, supporting the team in different activities such as deduplication analysis and calendar of in store activities and results
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
- Strong interest for fashion/luxury industry
- A previous professional experience within a similar role will be considered a plus
- Computer skills and proficiency with the Suite Office (Excel; Powerpoint)
- Excellent analytical skills
- Fluency in English
- Strong communication and excellent relational skills

Retail Operations Intern – London Office
Based in the HO in London, you will have the opportunity to take the lead on a key project related to Retail Operations in the relevant scope.
As part of the EMEI Retail Team, you will manage all operating activities related to existing stores and new openings. As Retail Operations Assistant, you will provide administrative and general support to the Retail Operations across the Region, facilitating activities, communication and execution of projects in cooperation with the other departments and stores.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the procurement and purchasing of goods & services for the Retail department.
- Close cooperation with Retail Directors and Store Managers in daily activities, providing both administrative and operative support
- Provide administrative support to Retail Operations for UK
- Facilitate communication and execution among the stores, company departments and Retail Operations team on various topics (budgeting, targets assignment, uniforms, etc…)
- Create analysis and presentations to support business needs
- Supervise Stores’ adherence to Company procedures and guidelines
- Coordinate ordinary and extraordinary store maintenance: IT hardware and software, equipment, security systems, administrative filing, etc
- Coordinate and supervise Special Sales activities
- Monitoring Stock management and Cycle count planning with the stores to ensure deadlines are met each month
- Store Visits with the Retail Operations for UK
- Working closely with Cites Dept and Supply Chain departments
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
- Strong knowledge and/or interest for fashion/luxury industry
- Computer skills and proficiency with the Suite Office (Excel; Powerpoint)

Recruiting & Talent Development Intern – Rome Office
Based in Rome, you will have the opportunity to take the lead on a key project related to Recruiting & Talent Development Europe projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support recruitment process for luxury retail positions within the Europe retail network through job posting, direct search, coordination with external partners.
- Make sure that every job vacancy is published and take care of following up with every candidate with feedback either directly or through the company tools and/or partners
- Follow up closely with business stakeholders on recruitment goals and progresses, ensuring that recruitment advancement reports are up to date
- Become accountable for interns and temporary workers’ recruitment, with the aim to create a solid base for FENDI future pool of talents, anticipating future needs while addressing open positions.
- Support FENDI Europe employer branding roadmap by creating engaging content for school actions, managing the interaction with academic partners and taking part to on Campus events

- Assist the HR Team in the design, organization and roll-out of Talent Development Programs, including Trainings, Coaching sessions, annual Seminar and Special Events
- Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives aiming at the enhancement of Talent Development impactfulness within the European scope
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Architecture Intern – Rome Office
The intern will support the Architecture team in implementing the Company Retail Master Data project, in analyzing the Retail Fendi network and in developing proposals to align it with the latest concept guidelines.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate in collecting all data related to existing retail stores and new openings to implement Company Retail Master Data project
- Assist in creating a complete archive to support all departments to manage informations and speed up analyses and eventual updates.
- Support in analyzing the boutique selected for the Warm Up project and will propose interventions to update the image of the stores and implement Fendi DNA/Codes. Interventions will be driven by a sustainable and upcycled approach.
QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in Architecture;
- IT applications skills: Microsoft Office, Autocad (2D + 3D), Adobe Creative Suite (in particular Photoshop)
- Knowledge of 3D and rendering software;
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Italian;
- Strong communication and presentation skills;
- Detail-oriented, highly organized and proactive attitude.

Consolidation, Reporting & Finance Intern – Rome Office
As a part of the Consolidation, Reporting & Finance Governance team, the intern will participate actively supporting an extended project team in charge of implementing the new reporting requirement for LVMH Group in connection to European Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) aiming to harmonize companies’ sustainability reporting, as well as the availability and the quality of published environmental, social and governance data.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the project team in identify and check of the reliability of the CSRD data points
- Assist the project team in preparation of the operating guidelines and the reporting package for Fendi EU Subsidiaries
- Collaborate with the team to review and validated the data collected by the Regions
- Support the Consolidation team during the external Audit process
- Support the senior colleagues in the management of the monthly closing process (inter-company reconciliation and validation of the reporting packages), interacting with all the finance team at WW level (corporate and local).
QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration
- Fluency in written and spoken Italian and English
- Advanced Excel level, Power BI skills will be considered a plus

Visual Merchandising Intern – Rome Office
The intern will support the Visual Merchandising team with a specific focus on Showroom and Retail design (pop-ups, in-store activations). The intern will support in the realization of multiple projects, with particular attention to innovation and sustainability and will collaborate in integrating creative and sustainable solutions in the design processes, improving customer experience through innovative layouts and designs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the development and control of layouts, manage suppliers and logistics, adapt the creativity of the Fashion Show, and interface with internal teams involved in the projects to ensure consistency and effectiveness of presentations.
- Assist in the creation of mood boards inspired by the creativity of the collections, create detailed guidelines for project execution, and collect and share selected materials worldwide to ensure a coordinated brand image.
- Collaborate in the management and archiving of physical and digital materials, ensuring efficient and accessible organization to facilitate information retrieval.
- Support the identification and implementation of innovative and sustainable solutions for projects, promoting eco-friendly practices and materials.
- Assist in management and worldwide monitoring.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Strong skills in Autocad.
- Excellent skills in the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Office (MicrosoftExcel, PowerPoint), improving project presentation and communication.
- Excellent knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering software such as Cinema 4D, Rhino, and VRay.
- Ability in freehand drawing, with the capability to create detailed and realistic sketches.
