The Fendi Americas Summer 2026 Internship Program in New York City offers students the opportunity to gain experience inside one of the most prestigious luxury fashion houses in the world. This program provides early-career professionals with meaningful exposure to the business of luxury, offering insight into how a heritage brand operates within a modern, global market.

AVAILABLE ROLES

Communications Intern

The Fendi Americas Summer 2026 Communications Intern supports the Communications team in maximizing Fendi press coverage through product placement. The Communications Intern provides support of the department on a need be basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Work with PR Specialist on daily press activity related to product for all Fendi’s categories, to secure placements across all brand relevant titles
Oversee the organization of the PR closet and showroom
Assist with tracking all press samples on loan for PR opportunities in Fashion GPS
Communicate regularly with the Communications teams around the world, including the HQ team In Rome, to ensure samples are arriving timely and correctly
Assist in coordinating samples with international shoots taking place in NY
Work with PR Specialist on logistics paperwork, shipments, and arranging messengers
Check in all sample returns from photo shoots and celebrity fittings
Assist PR Director to inventory all samples seasonally and track new inventory as samples arrive from seasonal buys
Assist with tracking press placements and creating recaps to HQ
Assist with celebrity dressing pulls, as well as special projects and initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be available to work in the NY office Monday-Friday: 9-6pm
Bachelor’s degree or previous internship experience in a related field preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Excellent communications skills.
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
Passion for Fendi and the Luxury Industry
Knowledge of Fashion GPS is a plus.

Visual Merchandising Intern

The Fendi Americas Summer 2026 Visual Merchandising Intern will support the VM Team to implement Visual Merchandising of product through window installations, mannequin styling and product display in retail stores and wholesale accounts throughout Fendi in NYC.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Help with bi-weekly to monthly product rotations for windows, mannequins and the sales floor.
Track and maintain inventory props.
Help to set up MTO and pop-in projects in locations around NYC.
Work with VM Team to photograph each visual merchandise presentation and display change.
Collaborate with Visual Merchandising Director to ensure product displays are as per Fendi standards.
Attend store visits and walk through with Retail Management team as needed
Partner with the Corporate Visual and Retail Management teams to conduct sales analysis based off visual standards
Partner with the Senior Manager of Windows and Special projects on FW26 Window Installs in NYC

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be available to work Monday-Friday: 9-6pm; Flexibility required for overnight setups as needed.
Bachelor’s degree or previous internship experience in a related field preferred

Merchandising Intern

The Fendi Americas Summer 2026 Merchandising Intern will assist the Merchandising team in the buying processes for all categories of the FENDI Americas business inclduing the U.S., Brazil, Mexico, and Canada markets. In this role, you will develop a strong understanding of day-to-day merchandising activities and gain market insight in the luxury sector. This experience will allow you to work in close partnership with Buyers and assist in buying activities, business analytics, and understand market needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in running weekly and monthly selling reports. Support on ad hoc reports as needed
Analyze data to identify sales trends and store opportunities
Recommend product consolidations to optimize selling across regions
Create merchandising tools such as buy books, catalogues and product knowledge tools to support retail partners
Conduct competitor analysis to highlight market trends and product needs
Attend in-store product training during collection product launches

Human Resources Intern

The Fendi Americas Summer 2026 HR Intern will assist the Human Resources Department in daily administrative tasks and activities while demonstrating excellent administration, communication, and organizational skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the onboarding process by preparing welcome packets, setting up new employee profiles, and assisting with initial orientation activities to ensure a smooth transition.
Accurately input, update, and manage employee data in our HRIS, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. This includes new hires, terminations, changes in status, and personal information.
Support in all company internal communications; Draft and distribute internal organization announcements.
Manage the HR department email inbox, prioritizing inquiries and forwarding them to the appropriate team members.
Run basic HR reports, such as headcount reports, attendance summaries, or training completion rates, under the guidance of HR Manager.
Support in administering annual compliance trainings to the organization
Help with the performance management process communications.
Conduct research on current HR trends, industry best practices, and relevant labor laws to support ongoing departmental projects and initiatives.
Organize, file, and retrieve HR documents, both physical and digital, in accordance with company policies and compliance regulations. Assist in digitizing historical records for improved accessibility.

The Fendi Americas Summer 2026 Wholesale Intern will assist the Wholesale Director with the day-to-day tasks of managing the Fendi Americas Wholesale Business, build relationships with key partners, develop negotiation skills and strengthen analytical, presentation, organization, and critical thinking skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist account managers with weekly, monthly, by location, style selling, and trend reports for all product categories as requested.

The Fendi Americas Summer 2026 CRM Intern will support the CRM team in tracking, organizing, and analyzing FENDI’s client data to help inform client strategy and CRM initiatives across the Americas. This role will focus on working with client data across different stages of the customer lifecycle to support reporting, segmentation, and performance analysis related to client engagement and sales activity.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in the preparation of client segmentation and reporting files
Display strong analytical skills to ensure data accuracy and relevance
Participating in one or more innovation-driven CRM projects aimed at improving client experience
Participating in one or more innovation-driven CRM projects aimed at improving advisor engagement.

Supply Chain Intern

The Fendi Americas Summer 2026 Supply Chain Intern will assist the Senior Manager, Planning, in helping the demand and distribution team to react fast to the daily challenges of a supply chain environment. The intern will assist the Senior Manager, Planning, in managing stock allocation and identifying opportunities to improve sales performance and product categories by market for FENDI Americas to identify opportunities and drive business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the daily Supply Chain activities around stock management: distribution planning, stock rebalancing and sell-through optimization.
Support in reviewing historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results
Support closely with the coordination and communication with planning and logistics team to secure additional inventory when demand exceeds the forecast; Experience in sales forecasting.
Support the Senior Manager, Planning in optimizing sales and sell through for seasonal product by creating tools to analyze datasets in a centralized platform/dashboard.
Support the Senior Manager, Planning in preparing presentations for senior leaders and business reviews
Support in the allocation of merchandise to stores and E-Commerce according to launch plan, warehouse and store inventory levels.
Run stock reports to ensure the visibility of deliveries. Build alerts to minimize the “sleeping” inventory and ensure a follow up to increase our deliveries rate in the season
Support in coordinating merchandise transfers to fulfill stock needs, refresh assortments and support events (i.e. caravans and trunk shows)

Retail Business Analyst Intern

The Fendi Americas Summer 2026 Retail Business Analyst Intern will assist the Director, Retail Performance in analyzing the sales performance for all Fendi stores in the U.S. market in order to identify opportunities and drive business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform diagnostic of existing reporting tools and reports.
Design future reporting dashboard structure for Client Advisors and Management team, using Microsoft business intelligent applications and rollout the toll throughout the organization.
Conduct in-depth sales performance analysis to identify business opportunities by market, store, and product category.
Propose incentives and contests for sales teams, measure impact, and collect feedback.
Work closely with VP, Retail, US to build and consolidate action plans to drive performance within the retail network.
Support the VP, Retail, US in preparing presentations for Top Management and Business Reviews.
Special Projects: Based on the candidate’s skillset, this could include the integration of existing reporting into Power BI dashboards.
Learn how a luxury retail network operates and what retail management is in both strategic and operational levels.
Understand how to measure the performance of a retail network and develop improvement plans.
