Fendi Americas has officially launched its highly anticipated Spring/Summer 2025 Internship Program, set to take place in New York City. AVAILABLE ROLES
Communications Intern
The Communications Intern supports the Communications team in maximizing Fendi press coverage through product placement. The Communications Intern provides support of the department on a need be basis.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with PR Specialist on daily press activity related to product for all Fendi’s categories, to secure placements across all brand relevant titles
- Oversee the organization of the PR closet and showroom
- Assist with tracking all press samples on loan for PR opportunities in Fashion GPS
- Communicate regularly with the Communications teams around the world, including the HQ team In Rome, to ensure samples are arriving timely and correctly
- Assist in coordinating samples with international shoots taking place in NY
- Work with PR Specialist on logistics paperwork, shipments, and arranging messengers
- Check in all sample returns from photo shoots and celebrity fittings
- Assist PR Director to inventory all samples seasonally and track new inventory as samples arrive from seasonal buys
- Assist with tracking press placements and creating recaps to HQ
- Assist with celebrity dressing pulls, as well as special projects and initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be available to work in the NY office Monday-Friday: 9-6pm
- Bachelor’s degree or previous internship experience in a related field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

E-Commerce Intern
The E-Commerce Intern will be detail-oriented and help the e-commerce channels. The tasks will range from keeping our site up to date with the latest inventory, merchandising the site according to new arrivals, planning social media posts, etc. This intern will have the chance to be challenged both creatively and analytically throughout Fendi Americas.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Execute website updates including site content, product information, blog posts, editorial images, and any ongoing sales
• Contribute to new processes that streamline e-commerce workflow
• Assist with email marketing campaigns and social media strategies
• Coordinate ad campaigns with the brand initiatives and align with incoming inventory
QUALIFICATIONS
• Must be available to work Monday-Friday: 9-6pm

Finance & Accounting Intern
This Finance & Accounting intern will support FP&A Senior Manager in the daily, weekly and monthly analysis of financial data. This intern will support in the reporting and forecasting, preparing reports and projections based upon financial data and key variances. This intern will work closely with the FP&A Senior Manager for reporting and analysis. This intern will assist in identifying trends, highlighting potential issues/opportunities in the financial efficiency and effectiveness of the overall business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist in the development and maintenance of financial forecasts for the business
• Assist in the tracking of key variances, changes and opportunities in actual results versus forecast
• Assist in generating, maintaining and automating financial reporting, including weekly, monthly and quarterly packages for key internal and external stakeholders
• Assist in preserving the consistency of all the reporting cycles by supporting the FP&A Senior Manager in coordinating with the local accounting teams and the HQ functions to ensure timely and accurate submission of the financial statements
• Assist and participate in the recurring budgeting and planning processes to ensure proper reporting and variance analysis.
• Assist in the reconciliation of cash and credit card for free standing stores and Ecommerce
• Assist in the performance of weekly reconciliation of sales for Leased Department Stores concessions (LDS)
• Assist in the monthly reconciliation of sales related to Farfetch in the partnership with stores to validate and resolve discrepancies
• Assist in handling claims for unreconciled distant returns credits for LDS
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of monthly KPI sales audit reports
• Assist in the preparation of cash reconciliations for retail stores and main accounts (credit card) receivables, cash in transit, customer deposits, store credits)
• Assist in the preparation of monthly LDS Accounts Receivable reconciliation
QUALIFICATIONS

Logistics Intern
The Logistics Intern will support the Logistics team by proposing continuous improvement in our logistics process to optimize our service level, collaborate closely with cross functional teams to solve distribution challenges in addition to supporting special projects throughout Fendi Americas.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support the daily Supply Chain activities around stock management: distribution planning, stock rebalancing and sell-through optimization.
• Build new tools/processes in order to optimize the stock distribution for US, Canadian, Mexican and Brazilian markets across different channels: Retail, E-commerce, Wholesale.
• Analyze main supply-chain/retail KPIs to propose action plans during monthly Sales & operation meeting
• Calculate stock targets to ensure the right service level in store while controlling inventory
• Run stock reports to ensure the visibility on deliveries from Italy. Build alerts to minimize the “sleeping” inventory and ensure a follow up to increase our deliveries rate in the season

Merchandising Intern
The Merchandising Intern will assist the Merchandising team in the buying processes for all categories of the FENDI Americas business as well as the U.S., Brazil, Mexico, and Canada markets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Create and update weekly, seasonal, and annual selling reports.
• Help to coordinate allocation processes from the warehouse to the stores.
• Analyze data to identify trends in sales, stores, product categories, and markets.

The Retail Performance Intern will assist the Sr Manager, Retail Performance in analyzing the sales performance for all Fendi stores in the U.S. market in order to identify opportunities and drive business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Learn how a luxury retail network operates and what retail management is in both strategic and operational levels.

Supply Chain Intern
The Supply Chain Intern will support the Director, Planning and Sr. Manager, Planning by supporting Distribution Planning for product categories for all geographies of the Fendi America’s retail (and Ecommerce) network. Build relationships with key partners such as the Merchandising Department, the Finance Department, and the Logistics Team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support the daily Supply Chain activities around stock management: distribution planning, stock rebalancing and sell-through optimization.
• Support in reviewing historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results
• Support closely with the coordination and communication with planning and logistics team to secure additional inventory when demand exceeds the forecast
• Support in the allocation of merchandise to stores and E-Commerce according to launch plan, warehouse and store inventory levels.
• Support in coordinating merchandise transfers to fulfill stock needs, refresh assortments and support events (i.e. caravans and trunk shows)

• Track and maintain inventory props and placing new orders.
