PROGRAM DETAILS:
▸ Duration: 10 weeks
▸ Compensation: $25-$33 per hour
▸ Must be a current undergraduate Junior (rising senior)
▸ Must complete Junior year by June 2026 and be graduating in May/June 2027
AVAILABLE ROLES
Supply Chain Intern
As the Estée Lauder 2026 Summer Supply Chain Intern, you will have the exciting opportunity to learn and contribute to one of the following areas (subject to final confirmation):
▸ Supply Planning, Manufacturing Operations, Procurement or Procurement Operations, Continuous Improvement, Global Brand Supply Chain, Demand Planning, and Customer Service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Present to senior management at the end of the program
- Network with senior managers and peers
- Attend company presentations
- Be eligible for a full-time offer after your end-of-summer review
QUALIFICATIONS
- Good academic standing
- Major in Supply Chain Management or related subject
- Experience with Microsoft office
- Leadership and project management skills demonstrated through participation in extra-curricular activities or previous work experience
- Results oriented; ability to analyze and problem solve
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, innovative and challenging environment
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

The Estée Lauder 2026 Summer Finance Intern will collaborate on projects that will support the team in reaching established goals and objectives directly relating to the success of the business.

▸ Global Brand Finance and Strategy, North America Regional Finance and Strategy, Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis, Global Value Creation (Program Office for Key Initiatives), E-Commerce & Online Finance, Research & Development Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Investor Relations

- Ownership of projects instrumental to the Global Finance function that are aligned to strategic business priorities
- Networking opportunities through various planned events and activities to provide exposure to other facets of the company

Global Communications Intern
As an Estée Lauder 2026 Summer Global Communications Intern, you will support our efforts primarily in the digital/social space.
As a Communications intern, you may attend content development and social media planning meetings to support creative strategy for corporate campaigns. You may also help to maintain the corporate website, including copy editing, organizing content and fact checking, as well as compiling corporate and brand press clips for executive management review.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- The HR internship consists of 2 possible areas that make up the HR function at The Estée Lauder Companies:
- HR Business Partner (HRBP)/ Employee Services (ESO) – projects related to employee needs for those sitting in brands or one of our corporate functions, including performance/talent management, onboarding, payroll administration, employee relations, among other projects,
- Center of Excellence (COE): Strategic program design/creation and implementation relating to core HR strategy; areas of focus may include: Global Management Strategies, Global Organization Design and Effectiveness, Global Sales Capability, Global Talent, Global Total Rewards & HR Operations.
- Collaborate on projects that will support the team in reaching established goals and objectives directly relating to the success of the business.
QUALIFICATIONS
