Copenhagen Fashion Week is now hiring talented individuals to join their team for Fall 2025. Known for its collaborative spirit and global perspective, the organization is looking for ambitious, creative, and motivated interns and assistants who want to gain hands-on experience in the fashion industry. Program Details:
Internships are unpaid for those receiving monetary support from SU and Dagpenge/A-kasse. For international applicants or those who have completed education, Copenhagen Fashion Week offers a one time renumeration payment of 8,000 DKK for a 6 month internship placement.
AVAILABLE ROLES
Partnership & Project Assistant
As the Copenhagen Fashion Week Partnership & Project Assistant, you will be part of the Partnerships & Special Projects department. You will be trusted with supporting areas across the planning and execution of activities related to CPHFW’s partnerships and CPHFW projects.
Start Date: September 1, 2025
Duration: 6 Months

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support across overseeing of commercial partnerships and their activations during CPHFW AW26
- Ensuring that all Partner Service related activities are planned and executed successfully, incl. coordination with brands on the official Show Schedule AW26
- Various ad hoc tasks related to the planning and execution of CPHFW AW26 taking place 27 – 31 January 2026
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong experience with Office Excel
- Understanding of what it takes to manage projects.
- Previous work experience with project management a plus but not required
- Structured, attention to detail, works well independently and shows responsibility for work tasks
- Fluent in English, both orally and in writing
- Adaptable, good at handling busy situations and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A team player and has the courage for flexible working hours

Brand Relations & Production Intern
As the Copenhagen Fashion Week Brand Relations & Production Intern, you will join the organization behind a fashion week that has gained international acclaim for the visionary approach to sustainability, and you will also join a team of highly dedicated colleagues whose work ethics are high.
Start Date: August 25, 2025
Duration: 6 Months

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist on all brand related tasks and projects
- Support across all communication with CPHFW NEWTALENT and show & presentation brands, incl. collating all necessary assets, reminders, etc.
- Support the coordination of events during fashion week
- Support team in all production of Copenhagen Fashion Week’s own events and venues during fashion week, including the Opening Ceremony, Talk Program, showrooms, dinners, etc.
- Coordinate and assist all logistics, such as VIP car service, press busses, help desks etc.
- Coordinate a large team of volunteers for fashion week
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience within the fashion industry and/or production
- Competent and experienced individual who thrives in fast paced environments
- Structured and keep a firm hand on plans and overviews in excel
- Ambitious, reliable and hard-working and have a high energy level
- Thrive in a workplace with many nationalities and where the working language is English
- Empathetic team player who actively contributes to a warm social environment in the office

Digital & Creative Intern
The Copenhagen Fashion Week Digital & Creative Intern will be part of the Digital & Communications department. They will work directly under the Manager of Digital & Creative, and will be trusted with supporting across creatives & digital omnichannels to the global audience.
Start Date: September 2025
Duration: 6 Months

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the Manager of Digital & Creative
- Support the Manager of Digital & Creative in producing graphics for digital and print marketing materials, including social media graphics, digital banners, presentations, OOH marketing, and more
- Assist in photo and video editing, ensuring that the content aligns with the brand’s aesthetics
- Help maintain and organize the digital asset library, ensuring that files are well-organised and easily accessible
- Support CPHFW website administration
- Support across digital implementation of commercial partnerships
QUALIFICATIONS
- Highly experienced in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro)
- Experienced in Microsoft Office and technically adept
- No-code website management
- Structured, work independently and show responsibility for work tasks
- Competent and experienced individual who thrives in fast paced environments

Communications Intern
The Copenhagen Fashion Week Communications Intern will be part of the Digital & Communications department. This role will work directly under the Senior Manager of Communications & Brand Relations, and will be trusted with supporting across all external communications to the global audience.
Start Date: Mid- October 2025
Duration: 6 Months

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with creation of email newsletters
- Article writing, copywriting
- Assist in creation of all PR press releases
- PR research and interaction across all our target and current territories
- Social Media content: supporting Senior Comms Manager and implementing the communication strategy across SoMe platforms
- Website update across content and designer profiles
- Support across Guest Program (PR and Buyer), confirmation of target territory coverage and interaction from key retailers
- Support across Hospitality Implementation Program: organising flights and hotels for guest attendees
- Support across CPHFW Talk Schedule: logistics
- Update CPHFW Databases, researching publications and further contacts
- Additional ad hoc projects
QUALIFICATIONS
