Condé Nast UK is offering an exciting opportunity for aspiring professionals to gain invaluable experience through their Summer 2025 Internship Program. PROGRAM DETAILS:
▸ Duration: 10 weeks
▸ Program Dates: June 9 – August 15, 2025
▸ Location: Onsite London office
▸ Term: Full time, Monday – Friday
▸ Compensation: Yes, amount TBD

▸ Over 18 and have the legal right to work in the UK
▸ Undergraduate Senior – graduating in 2026

Summer Intern, People

The Conde Nast UK People Magazine Team is looking for a Summer Intern! In the London office, it is a team of roughly 30, who support employees in the UK and in global Condé Nast markets. This internship provides great exposure to what a broad role in a People Team would look like, with people who are focused on improving employee experience.  

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Learning about HR Technology, Platforms & Systems 
  • Supporting employees through the HR Lifecycle including starters, promotions, development and when people choose to leave Condé
  • Spending time within Conde Nast UK Centres of Excellence including Compensation, Learning and Development & Operations
  • Work on Employer Branding and social media content creation
  • Writing comms to send to UK team on Slack and Email 
  • Working with the team on changes to legislation including policies, processes and ways of working 
  • Supporting on the Engagement and Culture work including the planning of events & celebrating key cultural moments

QUALIFICATIONS

  • We are open to you studying any degree at all, for this internship we are much more focused on the skills that you are able to demonstrate 
  • Have a personable, confident, can-do attitude 
  • Attention to detail and being able to prioritise is key in the work that we do 
  • Understanding the confidential nature of the role, and the importance of protecting employees data and personal information

Summer Events Intern

The Conde Nast UK Events Team is looking for a Summer Intern! In the London office, there are special projects and events across the British Vogue, GQ, Glamour,  Tatler, Condé Nast Traveller & Vanity Fair brands. The Event Intern will play a key role in supporting the central events team, supporting the organization and production of events across the portfolio. This internship will provide great exposure to what a broad role in an Events Team would look like.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the events team on the production and organisation of events; spanning large-scale multi-brand  tentpole, brand-led, and consumer events.
  • Support with research and sourcing of suppliers at preferential rates, as well as product for goodie bag inclusion.
  • Support events with key administrative tasks, such as updating presentations, managing the RSVPs of event guest lists, creating guest facesheets, compiling event briefings, and invoice and new supplier management.
  • On event days, play a key role in guest-list management and supporting with smooth event management as needed.
  • Coordinate editorial shopping pages within commercial special sections in print.
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks and calendar management to support the head of team.

Legal Intern

The Condé Nast UK Legal team is led by the General Counsel based in the New York HQ Office and is comprised of colleagues in London and USA, as well as various markets around the world (China, France, Italy, Germany, UK, Mexico, India, Japan and Taiwan). They are also supported by a network of outside counsel where necessary and work closely with colleagues in Advance Legal who provide legal counsel on corporate and trademark matters to Condé Nast and Advance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Shadow and support in-house lawyers in the legal areas we cover: Revenue and Commercial, IP, Data Protection, Corporate, and Employment and Compliance. 
  • Specific tasks, experiences and responsibilities will differ as you assist our different team members. However, in each, you will learn and experience legal skills. 
  • This role may involve partnering with all our international Legal and Policy team members, which will give you exposure to witness how global legal matters are advised in practice.

Summer Intern, Conde Nast UK Traveller

Condé Nast Traveller is looking for an energetic, organized intern to support its global editorial team, which is headquartered in the London office. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced team on one of Condé Nast’s largest global brands. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Day-to-day tasks that are crucial to the smooth running of the editorial team: sourcing images for online stories, liaising with industry PRs, helping out on Events, researching factboxes, to name a few.

Summer Intern, Commerce

The Conde Nast UK Commerce team is responsible for creating shoppable content and buyer’s guides across Vogue, GQ, GLAMOUR, Condé Nast Traveller and House & Garden. The Commerce team is part of the broader Consumer Revenues department, which is responsible for driving direct-to-consumer (DTC) revenue for all Condé Nast titles. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with the day to day responsibilities of both Editorial and Central Commerce teams
  • Build Commerce articles and galleries and write updates to buyer and editor guides where possible
  • Assist with with asset management, photo research, sourcing, and credits
  • Help monitoring inventory of products within Commerce articles and update sold out items, sale prices, available colours, etc.
  • Research shopping, travel and consumer trends to pitch ideas for new stories
  • Organise product call-ins and returns for Commerce photoshoots
  • Help Central Commerce with sales collaterals and campaign monitoring

As an intern, you’ll work closely with our Fashion, Visuals, and Art teams to support them in the creation of the fashion spreads seen in British Vogue and our international editions. Audience Development Intern

The Central Audience Strategy team guides brands across social strategy, SEO, newsletter and audio growth (podcast) strategies. They provide social and community strategies, best practices, and discover emerging opportunities across all social platforms. They are a global team supporting all of Condé Nast’s brands and markets, including Vogue, GQ and Vanity Fair.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • During your time with the social strategy team you will carry out audience analysis, for TikTok, Instagram and other key platforms. 
  • You will also attend global team meetings with social platforms and with a variety of Condé Nast brands.
  • You will get to learn some SEO, and carry out keyword research, as well as working across our podcasts. 
  • You will spend some time with the newsletter team, supporting overall growth strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • We welcome students from a range of backgrounds.
  • You’ll have an interest in journalism, the social landscape and be enthusiastic about our brands. Creative Project Management Intern

We’re seeking a highly motivated individual to join our creative project management team within the Condé Nast Commercial Creative (CNCC) department. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn how to manage creative projects in a fast-paced environment and work on our most iconic brands. As a Project Management Intern, you will be working with some of the company’s biggest commercial clients on digital & print campaigns, including working on stills & video shoots.

The chosen candidate will gain an excellent understanding of delivering branded content, our brands, and project management process. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Project Management (digital & print) of Condé Nast Britain’s branded content campaigns
  • Management of project lifecycle using various project development methodologies and tools
  • Delivery of native content and bespoke items with supporting media 
  • Learn about performance metrics that we use to measure campaign success (inc. social media etc.) 
  • Gain exposure to multiple projects of varying size, and learn how to manage internal and external stakeholders
  • Exposure to working with many other departments within the company that may have a stake in delivery of projects
  • Learn financial management, in particular setting budgets and forecasts and maintaining concise P&Ls
  • Delivering final campaign assets

QUALIFICATIONS

  • We’re looking for someone with a keen interest in working in media production, in particular publishing
  • A can-do, pro-active attitude is a must, as problem solving is a key requisite of project management
  • Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, including the ability to articulate complex ideas
  • Able to pay close attention to details
  • Willingness to roll-your-sleeves-up and assist in beating any impediment to getting the job done
