The Capri Holdings Summer 2026 Corporate Internship Program has officially opened in New York City, offering students the chance to gain hands-on experience within one of the most globally recognized fashion groups.
As the parent company of Michael Kors, Capri Holdings provides early-career talent with exposure to the business operations behind a leading luxury brand, combining real project work, mentorship, and insight into the fast-paced world of fashion and retail. This program is an excellent opportunity for students looking to deepen their skills, learn directly from industry professionals, and build a meaningful foundation for a future career in fashion.
PROGRAM DETAILS:
▸ Duration: 10 Weeks
▸ Program Dates: June 1 – August 6
▸ Application Deadline: February 6, 2026
▸ Locations: NYC Headquarters & NJ Office
▸ Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (32 hours/week)
▸ Work Model: Onsite / Hybrid
▸ Compensation: $20/hour
▸ Capri Holdings does not offer travel, housing, or clothing stipends.

To be eligible for the Capri Holdings 2026 Summer Internship Program, applicants must be:
- Rising junior or senior, including recent graduates (within 1 year) & students enrolled in graduate programs
- Authorized to work in the US
- Available the entire duration of the 10-week program, and within a commutable distance to our NY and NJ office
- Able to work full-time onsite or hybrid working model
Qualifications
- Passion for luxury fashion and Capri Holdings’ brand portfolio, with an understanding of the global retail industry
- Strategic thinking, approaching challenges with creativity and practical solutions
- Strong interpersonal skills, with curiosity, innovation, and a desire to learn
- Strong organization and collaboration skills, with a high sense of accountability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly in writing and verbally
