Responsibilities:

  • Tracking of inputs and outputs as well as receipt of goods.
  • Organization of the warehouse, cataloging the merchandise in an appropriate way and processing the shipments of samples.
  • Obtaining, generating and analyzing data for Excel reports and evaluating performance and implementing improvements.
  • Support in organizing events within the LOW, coordinating with other departments and external providers.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • Development of global Visual Merchandising guidelines for in-store, windows, showrooms and events, with decision on styling and traditional VM (product placement, mannequins, lighting, in-store customer journey, props and decoration).
  • Follow-up of in-store and windows implementations, as well as support the teams when adapting to the needs of each point of sale depending on the space, channel or customer profile.
  • Enhance the shopping experience of our customers, generating a commercial impact through creativity.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in Visual Merchandising functions
  • Bilingual English and Spanish. Portuguese desirable.
  • In-depth product knowledge (styling, collection assortment, brand look & feel, hero pieces)

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute clienteling activations to drive traffic and retention in stores, including events, special experiences, and gifting campaigns.
  • Oversee the denim Custom Studio program planning and execution.
  • Coordinate communications related to retail activations, promotion, and services through social and paid media, CRM, and other channels to acquire and engage consumers and ultimately boost sell-out.

Requirements:

  • Education Level Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Years of experience 3-5 years.
  • Fluency in English mandatory, German language skills a strong plus.
  • Technical req.: Microsoft Suite (PPT, Excel), Google Docs/Slides/Sheets.

Responsibilities:

Finance:
• Responsible of some accounting matters: CAPEX, Provisions / Suppliers.
• OPEX monthly follow-up in order to assure the correct picture of the business.
• Payroll control and analyze together with the accounting Team based in Ternat.

Business Controlling:
• Costs controlling and supervision.
• Control of compliance with Operating Processes established in the cost centers.
• Development, analysis and validation of P&L by cost center.
• Provide a full analysis of month, quarter and annual reports to the Operations and Financer Director and HQ.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of working experience as Controller / Financial Auditor in BIG4 is required.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in financial accounting and reporting.
  • Proven knowledge and experience in management accounting and controlling.
  • Bachelor degree (Business Administration or Economics are valued)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for creating copy in English for both brands, managing translations with an external agency and ensuring translations to be accurate to maintain tone, style, and original meaning.  
  • Helping to create both brands’ tone of voice and personality.
  • Creating copy for all areas: Digital business (e-commerce, marketplace, online wholesale, paid media, etc) Marketing (consumer engagement, trade marketing, Social Media, PR and influencers, etc) as well as HR, internal communication and Customer Service areas.
  • Manage translations, proofread and validate translations to ensure accuracy and consistency of tone of voice and meaning.

Requirements:

  • British Profile (English mother tongue – language, spelling, and grammar) as well as British cultural context and sense of humour.
  • High level of French at professional level (in Creative Copywriting) is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, digital media or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of creative copywriting in English work required. Spanish copywriting experience preferred.
