PROGRAM DETAILS:

▸ Program Dates: May 11 – July 31, 2026
▸ Location: Vancouver, BC
▸ Successful candidates must be able to work at the primary work location and self-relocate if necessary

Retail Operations Intern

The Aritzia Summer 2026 Retail Operations Intern will gain exposure to cross-functional projects and learn how the Retail Boutiques operate and scale in a dynamic environment. The intern will come out of this internship inspired, with meaningful experience and an enhanced skill set that can carry forward into a bright future.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Supporting Retail Programs and Initiatives: Assist in executing key Retail programs and day-to-day operations to ensure boutiques run seamlessly and deliver world-class client experiences.
Coordinating Cross-Functional Projects: Help manage timelines, resources, and processes for initiatives that impact the Retail Division, ensuring smooth integration across departments.
Assisting with Event Execution: Contribute to planning and delivering events such as clientele experiences, new boutique openings, and product launches, ensuring flawless execution.
Maintaining Retail Infrastructure: Support the management of tools, systems, supplies, and communications to keep Retail operations efficient and organized.

Omni Digital Intern

The Aritzia Summer 2026 Omni Digital Intern will will gain exposure to the development of new technology and work cross-functionally with partners in Retail and eCommerce to bring omni experiences to life. The cross-functional nature of the role and focus on continuous improvement ensures the opportunity to develop business acumen and grow business mindset. The goal is to come out of this internship inspired, with meaningful experience and an enhanced skill set to carry forward into a bright future.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Testing and deployment preparations on Omni Projects, including RFID and Digital Self-Serve Capabilities
Gathering market and competitor research on Omni services and capabilities
Analyzing Omni business and operational performance indicators and developing standardized tools and reports
Developing business cases to identify opportunities and make recommendations for future omni capabilities

QUALIFICATIONS

Pursuing a degree in Business, Technology, or Operations Management

As an Intern in Business Finance, you will contribute to Aritzia’s future growth by supporting the development of strategic financial insights and solutions to support the growing business. As one of our business support functions, this is a special opportunity to develop subject matter expertise in a core business area as you grow your financial analysis skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Forecasting sales and/or business expenses in the short and long term, simultaneously analyzing and explaining key drivers of future growth
Understanding and analyzing business results including the internal (business-driven) and external (macroeconomic) drivers for P&L line items

The Aritzia Summer 2026 Product Operations Intern will will have a front-row seat to witness how fashion lines are brought to life as you ensure all cross-functional activities in the product lifecycle are completed on time to enable success of the product line. As one of our business operations functions, this is a special opportunity to develop subject matter expertise in a coveted business area as you grow your operational skill set.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive and organize critical product lifecycle activities for various brands (e.g. Babaton, Wilfred, TNA, etc.) and product lines (e.g. Sweat fleece, Contour, etc.) across planning, design, and manufacturing teams
Schedule and facilitate seasonal product and brand meetings, supporting cross-functional department teams to ensure clear meeting objectives, deliverables, timelines, and outcomes
Identify potential risks to seasonal brand development and work with teams to mitigate and resolve issues
Leverage data and reporting to analyze brand performance against key product development deadlines

The Aritzia Summer 2026 Project Management Office Intern will have the chance to be involved in one of our large-scale projects to support project planning, development, and execution to ensure all requirements are delivered to a high quality, on time, and on budget. As PMO projects are highly cross-functional with exposure to business experts and cross-functional leaders, you will gain subject matter expertise in coveted business areas while you grow your project management skills to transform the biggest ideas into reality.
